These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Quick Jump Start’s services, including our website and any jump start or battery replacement service you book with us. By requesting our services, you agree to the terms below. Here’s what they mean for you, in plain terms:

- Pre-Existing Issues: We’re not responsible for vehicle problems that existed before our technician arrived.

1. Who We Are and What We Do
Quick Jump Start provides on-demand jump start and battery replacement services across Dubai, available 24/7.
- Emergency jump start service for cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles
- On-site battery health checks before any work begins
- Battery replacement, when a jump start alone won’t resolve the issue
- A 15-minute average arrival target, anywhere in Dubai
We do not provide: general mechanical repairs, towing, or repairs to pre-existing electrical or engine faults unrelated to the battery. If your issue falls outside this scope, we’ll tell you before doing anything, and you won’t be charged for work we didn’t perform.
“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Quick Jump Start. “You” refers to anyone booking or using our services.
2. Booking a Service
- Book by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website
- Provide an accurate location and a reachable contact number
- Confirm your vehicle type when booking, so we bring the right equipment
- Inaccurate information may delay arrival or affect the quoted price
- By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to request service for the vehicle in question
3. Pricing
- Jump start service starts from AED 120; final price depends on vehicle type, location, and time of service
- We confirm your exact price on-site, before any work begins
- Payment is due on completion, using the payment methods available at the time
- If you decline the confirmed price on-site, you can cancel without extra charge, unless a call-out fee was communicated beforehand
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancel any time before the technician arrives
- If our technician arrives and can’t reach you, or the vehicle isn’t accessible, a no-show fee may apply
- We may delay or reschedule for safety reasons such as extreme weather or unsafe locations, and will notify you as soon as we know
5. Your Responsibilities
When booking, you agree to:
- Provide a safe, accessible location for our technician
- Ensure the vehicle is unlocked and reachable on arrival
- Disclose any known battery or electrical faults beforehand
- Understand that pre-existing damage unrelated to our service isn’t something we can be held responsible for
- Cover reasonable costs for damage to our technician or equipment caused by your negligence or a known fault you didn’t disclose
6. Liability
- Our technicians take reasonable care with every vehicle, every time
- Quick Jump Start is not liable for pre-existing battery, electrical, or mechanical faults we didn’t cause
- We’re not responsible for delays from traffic, weather, or events outside our control
- Where liability applies, it’s limited to the value of the service provided
7. Events Outside Our Control
We’re not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, or civil emergencies. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and reschedule where we can.
8. Warranty on Battery Replacement
- Replacement batteries carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty
- Warranty claims go through us directly, as we’ll guide you through the process
- Warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unrelated faults after installation
9. Privacy
Your location and contact details are handled under our Privacy Policy, and used only to deliver and improve our service.
10. If One Part of These Terms Doesn't Hold Up
If any single clause in these Terms is ever found invalid or unenforceable by a court, that doesn’t affect the rest; the remaining terms still apply in full.
11. These Terms Are the Full Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and Quick Jump Start for the service booked. Any verbal promises made over the phone or in messages are only valid if they’re reflected in the price and scope confirmed on-site.
12. Changes to These Terms and Governing Law
- We may update these Terms as our services evolve; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai
